Chicken Fricassee


  • 4 chicken breasts

  • Olive oil

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder

  • 1 -2 Sprigs thyme leaves only

  • 1/2 tsp Dried parsley

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 cup frozen peas

  • 1 cup frozen carrots

Garnish with lemon thyme or dill!
