- First Meal - Southern Course
Smoked Apple Mustard Glazed Pork Loin with Southern Green Beans, & Balsamic Sour Cream Sweet Potatoes.
- Second Meal - Creole Course
Cajun Blackened Chicken with Sauteed Garlic Spinach and Dreamy Bon Ton White Cheddar Grits.
